The Old School Inn

First time here and chose this from the reviews on Google.
The staff where very friendly and efficient.
The food was spot on. My wife and I both plumped for the pie of the day - steak and ale with chunky chips.
Just walking in to the place and we felt comfortable straight away.
Would we go back? Definitely! The 30min drive for us is well worth it. 
Try it for yourself... We're confident you'll not be disappointed.

Fabulous building, great food, great service

Excellent place for good food at reasonable prices in very pleasant surroundings, immaculately clean place (including the toilets) nice outside area, well worth a visit, second visit not as good as first due to table staff not having a clue as we ordered three straightforward drinks and they all came wrong, no salt and pepper on tables (weird!) no coasters so glasses dripping everywhere, food generally good but parts of it were pre-cooked this time so definitely not as good as last visit (this could have been an off day but it shouldn’t happen!) wouldn’t class the staff as being warm or friendly so not sure if we’ll go again 🤔🤔🤔🤔
