About Laffa
Laffa started out life in 2015 when two friends quit their jobs and built a food truck, converted from an old horsebox.
The food is inspired by travels in Israel, Palestine, Lebanon and the smoky charcoal grills, spices and fresh-and-herby produce found on the streets of Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and Beirut. Dishes feature a combo of grilled marinated meats, salads, slaw, aubergine and halloumi, all bundled up in a hot laffa, or flatbread and drizzled with piquant sauces. Fresh, fragrant bundles of love.
