About I Knead Pizza (Sunday Social at Weir Mill)

We are a mobile catering business which specialises in Neapolitan style Wood Fired Pizza. We can usually be found at Street Food events, Pop-up Cinemas, Artisan Markets, Festivals. We our also available for hire for any private occasions such as Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries and Corporate events.
Our dough is made daily, each batch is proved for at least 48 hours to allow the fresh yeast to create a light dough with maximum flavour. It’s made with 00 flour, sea salt, water and fresh yeast. Each base is hand stretched and cooked in our wood fired oven which takes just under 2 minutes.

We use only the finest San Marzano tomatoes to make the sauce for our bases and top them with Italian fior di latte mozzarella. Our Pizza toppings vary from imported meats to locally grown vegetables. We love our classic Margherita but we also love to experiment in the kitchen. Gluten free bases and vegan cheese are also options which are available on request.
