We are so happy to be opening back up after Lockdown 2020! We plan to do things a little differently than before with our menus – our main focus being to serve amazing gourmet food all made in house by our chefs using all the amazing local produce we have in Caithness!

Located a short walk from the beauty of Thurso Bay and in the heart of Thurso town centre, The Holborn Hotel offers both convenience and comfort for visitors to Caithness whether on business or on holiday.

Spend the evening dining in the Red Pepper Restaurant specialising in the finest of fresh seafood, sourced locally, and delivered daily from our local harbour.

Bar 16 offers the ideal spot to relax with its vibrant surroundings but chilled atmosphere for traditional pub favourites and some more gastro pub style dishes. A large selection of hot and cold refreshments are also on offer with the chance to sample some of the locally crafted delights!
